Painting Parties - A creative escape

Fancy trying your hand at painting but not sure where to begin?

My creative sessions offer a gentle escape from the everyday, a space to unwind with a drink, play with colour, and discover how enjoyable painting can be. You’ll be guided step‑by‑step through simple techniques, with plenty of freedom to wander off‑piste and make the artwork truly your own.

We will mostly work with acrylics or watercolours, with the occasional bit of collage or mixed media, all designed to help you relax, experiment and have fun. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or simply craving a bit of creative “me time”, you’re very welcome.

All materials are provided, so you can arrive ready to paint. Bring a bag for your artwork, come solo or with friends, and settle in for a couple of joyful hours of making something beautiful.

A few quick notes:

• Please arrive on time — if you’re more than 10 minutes late it will disrupt the class and the flow of the art instruction.

• If a class doesn’t reach the minimum number of bookings, we may need to cancel or reschedule, but we’ll always let you know in advance.

• Payment is always in advance and non-refundable. 

• Adult events for participants over the age of 12 years, under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Some venues may have their own restrictions.

• Children's events for participants between 7 and 12 years old. Responsible adults may need to attend event - depending on the venue.

• I hold an enhanced DBS check and full public liability insurance for all workshops and events.
